The surname Zenda did not arise from natural transformations of the original family name. The lineage of Zenda family members originated in Poland. Those members originally resided in the city of Milwaukee.
The real name, the family name, is Zdradzinski. However, for useful reasons, so to speak, two out of many people have changed it to Zenda. The majority of people, however, maintain the current surname Zdradziński, not Zenda.
The reason for this state of affairs, i.e. this change, was the necessity, or rather the desire, on the part of Józef and Walter to make life easier for themselves in the workplace. Consequently, to make life easier for their co-workers. As a result, they were perceived as employees.
It may not be a decisive element, but when the human resources department, or the administration in general, can easily write and pronounce the names and surnames of employees, there are fewer problems. Of course, this is not some official requirement, but pragmatism.
It is clear that when someone is a sought-after specialist, a recognised professional, they can make conditions. If, however, we are dealing with an ordinary worker, and an immigrant at that, who is trying to find his way in the new reality, he will grasp at every way to improve his situation.
This was probably also the case for Joseph Zenda and Walter Zenda, who were originally called Zdradzinski, while their ancestors in their homeland were called Zdradziński. That is, in the nominative singular Zdradziński.
All in all, the surname is simple for both foreigners and Poles.
The conjugation of the surname is also simpler and should not pose any problems, but we can present it, in the order of cases of declension in the singular and further plural in the native language.
